One of the most overlooked things in the health and fitness world is nutrition. I fully believe in the statement, “you can not out train a bad diet.” For years, I had the mindset that if I was going to work hard in the gym, I was going to eat what I wanted. It wasn’t until I started taking my nutrition seriously that I started seeing real changes in my body and overall well-being.
With my nutrition accountability plan, it will be like having someone right there with you with every meal. Each week we will schedule a fifteen minute call to discuss how things are going and what changes could be made to meet your goals.
